CAN WE RETURN AN ITEM?

Sure, you can return an item, send us a quick email and we will sort everything out for you to send the item back.

What is the shipping times?

We use standard AUSPOST shipping, 7-10 days , if you want express shipping that occurs at extra cost

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If you need to change your delivery address, please email us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we can change the address for you. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address and you will need to contact the carrier to redirect the package.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. Please email us for further instructions on how to return the item.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds for returned items. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

What if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged item, please email us with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will either replace the item or offer a refund.

Do you offer warranty on your products?

Yes, we offer a warranty on all our products. The length of the warranty depends on the product and will be stated in the product description. If you have any issues with a product covered under warranty, please email us.

Washing and Care:
1) It can be washed by hand or machine with warm water of 40 degrees;

2) Do not soak in high temperature water for a long time,

3) do not use the machine for high temperature drying, SPECIAL MEMBRANE FOR WATERPROOF AND WINDPROOF FUNCTION, SERVICE LIFE AND FUNCTION WOULD BE IMPACTED IF MACHINED DRY, AIR DRY ONLY

4) do not iron; SERVICE LIFE AND FUNCTION WOULD BE IMPACTED
5) Do not wash with enzyme DETERGENT, WASH WITH A NON-ENZYME DETERGENT FOR LONG LASTING FUNCTION
